3rd Conference on Human-Computer                     Interaction in SA   

CALL FOR PAPERS

This conference will only have oral presentations. Oral presentations (in English only) are hereby called for on the related topics below. Prospective authors should please follow the paper submission process. 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND CATEGORIES

CHI-SA 2003 invites submissions in the following categories:

1) Research Papers in one of the following categories:

a) Full research papers; or

b) Short papers.

2) Industry papers – Case studies.

If you are unsure in which category you should submit, please contact one of the Programme Committee members.

  • Submissions from individuals working in any multicultural environment are welcome, but must  specifically address Southern African issues.
  • Your submission must be in English.
  • Fax submissions will not be accepted.
  • Submissions arriving after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Your submission should contain no proprietary or confidential material and should cite no   such publications.
  • Responsibility for permission to use video, audio, or pictures of identifiable people or artifacts rests with you, not CHI-SA.
  • You will receive email notification upon receipt of your submission.

DEADLINES

Submissions: No further submissions will be accepted.  The papers are currently being reviewed.

Notification of Acceptances/rejections: 1 September 2003
Final camera-ready version:  30 September 2003
