CHI-SA 2001

South African Human-Computer Interaction Conference

10 - 12 September 2001
Conference Center
University of Pretoria
Pretoria, South Africa

CHI-SA 2001 was South Africa's second Human-Computer Interaction Conference. Although smaller than the 2000 conference, we have seen a significant increase in quality of presentations and this made it yet another step in the process of growing the field of HCI and creating a forum for the exchange of ideas and information about HCI in Africa.

Once again a lot of hard work went into this event and the organisers and sponsors wish to express a sincere wish that all participants and delegates will continue to make the entire community of computer users and developers aware that there is more to computing than meets the eye.

The following papers presented at the conference are available (all in PDF format). Click left on the name of the paper to view in Acrobat Reader, or click right and choose the method and location for saving.

Disclaimer: The opinions expressed in the papers are those of the authors. The organisers of the conference make no claims about the accuracy or validity of the content or the papers. All comments and queries must addressed to the authors.
